Фрикадельки по-итальянски с пекорино и пармезаном

• 500g ground chuck • 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs • 250g ground pork • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan • 1/3 cup grated Pecorino Romano • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley • Freshly ground black pepper • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes • Olive oil • Salt
PREPARATION: In a large bowl, mix together chuck, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan, Pecorino, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes until well-combined. Roll out meat mixture into balls 3,5-4 cm in diameter. Season meatballs all over with salt and pepper. Brush meatballs with olive oil, place them on the Stone Legend Grill Master and grill until well browned all over, about 8 minutes total, 2 minutes per side. Set aside for 5 minutes. TIP Serve directly in the Stone Legend Grill Master and offer marinara sauce as a dipping!
